Dr. Rich Doss practices his art in the small San Diego town of Poway, California, AND in the Houston suburb of Katy, Texas. He takes great joy in family care, however, his passion is in injury recovery, helping those dealing with trauma overcome the pain of injury and return to a life of happiness and optimal expression. Often the result of an on-the-field collision or an auto accident, these people are suffering and, without Chiropractic, may end up with debilitating chronic pain or a lifetime of painkillers.

Known for his expertise in Personal Injury and his work with extremities (shoulders, knees, elbows, ankles, etc), Dr. Doss has been recognized for the results he has helped his patients achieve through chiropractic, being honored as a “Best of” chiropractor in San Diego for seven straight years.

Dr. Doss has been fortunate to work with people of all ages, caring for many families in his community. He has also worked with athletes of all ages and skill sets, including athletes from the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP), USA Rugby, Travis Pastrana’s Nitro Circus, the International Table Tennis Federation and pro skateboarders. Dr. Doss brings an extensive knowledge of modern chiropractic techniques and a fresh perspective on Chiropractic’s role in injury recovery and athletic performance.

Dr. Rich Doss is a proud alum of Life Chiropractic College West, an institution that values service. Dr. Doss continues to serve his community and profession, volunteering with various organizations. Dr. Doss has represented the chiropractic profession as a Board Member of his local California Chiropractic Association chapter and as a Board Member of the Life Chiropractic College West Alumni Association. He is also a mainstay of The Wave Chiropractic Conference, having served as the annual event’s emcee. Additionally, you’ll find Dr. Doss out in his community speaking on topics including maintaining good posture while the world works- from home, performance athlete injury prevention, and improving proprioception: your bodily awareness.

As an advocate, Dr. Doss has lobbied at State and local levels on behalf of the Chiropractic profession and on behalf of the interests of the populations we care for. Prior to joining the greatest profession on earth, Dr. Doss was in the profession of public relations and advertising in the politically charged environment of Sacramento, California. Dr. Doss also did play-by-play broadcasts of football, basketball, and baseball for the world-renowned KALX 90.7fm at UC Berkeley under the radio name Dick Parks.
