Dr. Auger was born and raised in Paramus, New Jersey, but since the late 1980s, he has called Greenville his home. He received his Electrical Engineering and Mathematics degrees, with a minor in Computer Science, from Rutgers University and Geneva College. A one-time collegiate quarterback, he now enjoys playing golf and competitive tennis.

Since 1993, Dr. Auger has been serving the Upstate of South Carolina in private practice. He also is an Assistant Professor at Sherman College, where he graduated valedictorian of his class. He teaches courses in Spinal Biodynamics and the Pierce Results System of Spinal Analysis.

He is a founding member of the Palmetto State Chiropractic Association and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board.

Dr. Auger‘s chiropractic story started when his uncle graduated from chiropractic college. Dr. Auger was just three years old when he had his first spinal check-up. Throughout life, he would be regularly checked and adjusted when necessary. When he went away to college to study and play college football, he noticed that his health was not nearly as good as it was when his uncle was regularly checking him. When Dr. Auger returned home from college and started to get checked and adjusted regularly, his health and quality of life significantly improved. This ultimately led him on returning to school to get his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
